Tentative Schedule


8am to 9am – Coffee & Setup
9am to 10am – Organize Sessions
10am to 11am – Sessions 1 & 2
11am to 12pm – Sessions 3 & 4
12pm to 1p – Lunch
1pm to 2pm – Sessions 5 & 6
2pm to 3pm – Sessions 7 & 8
3pm to ? – Closing Discussions

In the spirit of BarCamp, we will follow with tradition and attendees will decide what presentations will be heard. At the beginning of the day we will call for presenters and the attendees will vote on which presenters will present. There will be eight sessions throughout the day. Each session will be an hour long. The sessions will break down as follows: 10 minutes of introduction, 20-30 minutes of presentation, and 20-30 of questions and discussion.

This is only a suggested schedule. If attendees feel that there should be more presentations, the schedule can be adjusted accordingly.
